Robbie Rikard

Robbie grew up in North Carolina and attended NC State University. After graduating he began a 15 year career working for various tech companies, including being an early employee at a start up that successfully exited and was sold to The London Stock Exchange Group. Robbie also lived in Lisbon Portugal for 4 years and earned an MBA at The Lisbon MBA during his time there. After a successful tech career, he decided the time was right to pursue his passion of flying as a career. Having been a private pilot since 2013, he then began the training to become a flight instructor in 2024 and later moved to Los Angeles to pursue his flying career.

Today, Robbie is available to help others obtain their flying goals, whether you are a new pilot wanting to earn your private pilot certificate, or an experienced pilot looking for your next rating. He is available to train in your own aircraft, or help you rent one for training. He primarily works out of the Van Nuys Airport (KVNY), but training in other Los Angeles area airports could be arranged.
